Back in 2008 NAVADMIN 141/08 came out with guidence on CAMPAIGN STARS FOR THE AFGHANISTAN AND IRAQ CAMPAIGN MEDALS.
Today the U.S. Department of Defense Office of the Assistant Secretary of Defense (Public Affairs)sent a press release, http://www.defense.gov/releases/release.aspx?releaseid=13366, announcing additional phases and additional campaign stars for the IZCM.
